Wyperclean and Wyperclean Lite lint free wipes are manufactured using advanced material and processing technologies, resulting in a high performance, cost effective, cleaning product.

Wyperclean and Wyperclean Lite lint free wipes are ideal for cleaning electronics assemblies, plastic parts, jewelry, glass, optical instruments, toner catridges, medical equipment, mould, stainless kitchen spoon and many other applications. They can be used with alcohol and other chemicals to wipe off dust, dirt, flux, adhesive, epoxy, conformal coat, oil, grease, and other contaminations. They can be used dry to clean glass, stainless steeel and other finished products.

Wyperclean and Wyperclean Lite are lint free and non-abrasive coupled with excellent cleaning power wet or dry.
Wyperclean and Wyperclean Lite have low particle count and are free of heavy metals and chemical binders.
Wyperclean has extra thickness suitable for applications where high absorbency is required.

Lint-free and chemical-free

Wyperclean wipers are thermal bonded are manufactured with no chemical binders resulting in wipers that are free of stray fibers, silicone, lead, mercury, cadmium and other heavy metals. (Stray fibers cause problems in general cleaning operations and in cleanroom facilities. Silicone contamination is a problem in disk drive manufacturing facilities. Lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, PBB and PBDE are prohibited under RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC.)

Dry wipe without marks; wet wipe without tear.

Hydrophilic

Hydrophilic material becomes wet very easily, and maintain that wetness for a longtime. The ability to hold large volume of liquid (high sorbency) is very useful in applications involving large liquid spills. Wyperclean wiper removes liquid spills quickly and efficiently, potentially preventing contaminants from being left behind. Wyperclean wiper can perform the job of multiple wipers with lower sorbency.
